RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Rachana’s Art Studio, every artwork is created with care, time, and dedication. Each piece is hand-painted, unique, and one-of-a-kind. Because of the nature of our work, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed and delivered.

1. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS:

• All sales are final. Once your order has been confirmed and payment processed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

• This policy applies to original artworks, commissions.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to screen differences are not considered defects.

  2. EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY:

While we do not generally accept returns, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:

— 1)If the item arrives damaged during shipping.

• If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [tsrhathwar@gmail.com], including clear photos of
  -The damaged product

-The packaging (inner & outer)

• Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted

  — 2)If there is a significant error in the order (for example, the wrong artwork is sent).

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

• A detailed description of the issue.

— 3)We will assess the situation and, if eligible, discuss possible resolutions such as a repair, exchange, or refund.

And in such case if after all discussions a refund is approved then

• If a return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.

• Customers are responsible for securely repacking the artwork in its original packaging to prevent further damage.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  Please note:

• Every effort has been made to keep this artwork in pristine condition.

• However,as a one of a kind original,if it has subtle marks,a smudge or an initial sketch on the canvas which is proof of it being handmade and proof of it’s authenticity.

• We ship your orders in 15-20 business days worldwide as I make each painting by hand and handle all the shipping,packaging,social media and various others business activities on my own,so please be patient with your order delivery.

• The time frame for each painting defers based on size and details of each painting,so bigger the size and complexity of that painting could take a month or more based on it’s size.

3. COLOUR ACCURACY:

We do our best to take colour-accurate photographs of every painting so that it appears as true to life as possible. However, please note:

• Colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to variations in display settings, lighting, and device types.

• These minor variations do not qualify as a reason for return or refund.

4. LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS:

If your order goes missing during courier transit:

1. We will contact the shipping company on your behalf and do our best to locate and resolve the issue.

2. If the shipment is officially declared lost, we may offer to recreate another painting for you.

3. The decision to recreate will be made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the artwork, its complexity, and availability of materials.

4. Recreated pieces may differ slightly from the original due to the handmade nature of the work.
