SHIPPING POLICY

At Rachana’s Art Studio, each artwork is prepared with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our shipping timelines and policies before placing your order.

1. SHIPPING TIMELINES:

• Original Paintings: Please allow 7–10 business days for your artwork to be carefully prepared for shipment.

• This timeframe includes drying and varnishing (for paintings) to ensure your piece is fully protected before packing.

• For custom commissions, fulfilment timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Any extended timelines will be communicated directly to you.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA):

• Once shipped, domestic deliveries usually arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

• A tracking number will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• We ship worldwide 🌍 via reliable courier services (such as India Post etc…).

• Once dispatched, international deliveries typically take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination.

• For some countries, parcels may take an additional 10–15 days to clear customs.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

• These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.

• Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

• Please note: Customs delays are beyond our control and may impact delivery times.

5. TRACKING & DELIVERY:

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• If your parcel is delayed or appears stuck in transit, please reach out at [📧 Email:tsrhathwar@gmail.com],and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS:

• In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

• If a shipment is officially declared lost, our Return & Refund Policy will apply. In some cases, we may offer to recreate the artwork (case by case).

7.PACKAGING:

• Paintings are carefully wrapped with protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes.

• Extra care is taken to avoid bending, moisture, or damage during transit.

• Stretched Canvas:Each painting is packed with ‘acid free paper’then wrapped with bubble wrap and enclosed tightly in a flat cardboard shipping box.

• Unstretched Canvas:It will be rolled with ‘acid free paper’ and sent in mailing tubes.

• Framed Canvas:It will be packed with ‘acid free paper’ wrapped in bubble wrap and enclosed tightly in a cardboard shipping box.
