1. Are all your paintings original?

Yes, every painting is 100% original, handmade with oil paints on canvas,one brushstroke at a time. Each piece is unique and carries my personal touch. No mass production or prints are sold unless specifically mentioned.

2. How do I care for my oil painting?

Keep your painting away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperature changes. Use a soft dry cloth to dust the surface occasionally. Do not use water or cleaning products.

3.Will the colors look exactly like the photos online?

We try to photograph each artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen brightness and resolution.

4.Do your paintings come framed?

Unless specified, most artworks are shipped unframed to prevent damage in transit. You can frame them locally to match your home décor. Unless specified for framing options,If you’d like framing options, please contact us before ordering.

5.What size are your paintings?

The size of each painting is mentioned in the product description. For custom sizes, you can request a commission.

6.How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 10-15 days domestically and 15-20 business days internationally. Please note that delays may occur due to courier or customs.

7.What if my painting arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund (case by case) depending on the situation.Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy page for details.

8.Do you offer prints of your paintings?

Currently, we focus on original oil paintings. Prints may be offered in the future — follow us on social media for updates!

9.Can I commission a custom piece?

Yes, I do take on commissions! Whether you have a specific concept in mind or want something personal and one-of-a-kind, I’d love to hear your idea.If your idea matches with the style of painting I do then you can share your ideas, theme, or reference images, and we’ll create a unique painting just for you.

10.How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping Timelines::

Domestic shipping::Please allow 7–10 days for me to carefully prepare your original painting for shipment.

International Shipping::Once handed over to India Post, please allow 10–20 business days for delivery depending on your location. For some countries, parcels arriving from India may take up to an additional 15 days for customs clearance and could be subject to customs fees.

12.Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so I recommend checking with your local customs office for details. Please note that delays caused by customs are beyond my control and may affect delivery times.

13.Can I change something after I’ve placed the order?

Due to the nature of the packaging process, I’m unable to exchange artworks once checkout is complete, so please choose your piece with care.

Changes to the shipping address may be possible within the first 24 hours after purchase, but cannot be guaranteed beyond that.

14.Will I get a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes — all original paintings and limited-edition prints come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring their uniqueness and long-term value.

Please note that open edition prints do not include a certificate.

15.Do you accept returns or refunds?

Since each artwork is original and created with care, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order is placed.

Exceptions are only made in the rare case of damage during shipping or if you receive the wrong artwork.Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy page for details.

16.How will my artwork be packaged?

I take great care in packaging! My goal is to ensure your art arrives safely and beautifully.

  • Stretched Canvas:Each painting is packed with ‘acid free paper’then wrapped with bubble wrap and enclosed tightly in a flat cardboard shipping box.

  • Unstretched Canvas:It will be rolled with ‘acid free paper’ and sent in mailing tubes.

  • Framed Canvas:It will be packed with ‘acid free paper’ wrapped in bubble wrap and enclosed tightly in a cardboard shipping box.Paintings are securely wrapped in layers of protective material, and prints are shipped in sturdy tubes or flat packaging (depending on size).

17.Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide 🌍. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your country. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
